The Chakra Collective's David Presler

Cantor David Presler earned his B.A. and M.S. Degrees at Queens College in Music Education and his S.C. in Jewish Education and Administration at Yeshiva University.

David is a fine voice instructor and works with aspiring singers who are committed to their career and to their practice. He uses traditional Bel Canto exercises for working with the voice.

He has served numerous congregations for the past four decades in the New York and Florida regions. His creativity, passion and experience make him one of the most unique and versatile Cantors in the field.

Cantor Presler is a prolific composer of Liturgical Music with Sim Shalom as his first published work with Transcontinental Music Publication featured in the Shabbat Anthology, 2005.

As a concert artist, he has appeared in numerous venues performing Art Songs, Opera Arias, Broadway Favorites, Jazz Standards, Sounds of Sinatra, Classic Repertoire in various languages.

Cantor Presler continues to compose new Liturgical works for Shabbat and Holy Days, and records and posts new materials often on YouTube.

He is currently booking Cantors in Concert with Sounds of Klezmer.
