The Chakra Collective's Noelle Lauren

Noelle, a certified Reiki and crystal-healing practitioner has been studying the art of healing science since childhood. Noelle is a visionary. She sees the possibility for positive growth in every client she meets. It is her life’s passion to assist others in their journey toward mindfulness and emotional resilience. She uses shamanic healing rituals, energy-work, sound and aromatherapy, to help her clients find ultimate healing.

Spiritual wellness techniques come as second nature to Noelle who was raised by her Grandmother, and introduced to holistic therapies at the formidable age of five. Since then, she has made a conscious effort to live the best life possible. She believes wholeheartedly, that those ideologies can be instilled in society’s youth as well. As the Ambassador of the 501©(3) nonprofit organization, Project Happiness, Noelle works closely with fellow New Yorkers, teaching not only children, but people of all ages, how to peacefully combat their own personal struggles.

Through various methods such as meditation/mindfulness therapies, yoga, dance/movement, and counseling, Noelle assists in expanding lives. She can move with you through emotional blockages, teach you to let go of false restrictions set by life’s uncontrollable events, and help you to gain access to the only force that can ever truly be controlled—your own happiness.

Project Happiness is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering people with the resources to create greater happiness within themselves and the world. Their vision is all about using mindfulness and positive exercises to promote happiness and overall better quality of life. After years of holding community circles, workshops and events, Noelle joined the team of ambassadors around the globe and was named the Offical Regonial Ambassador of New York for Project Happiness.
